Mount Gay Week at Bar 1802
From December 3rd to 9th, Bar 1802 invites you to discover its exclusive temporary menu dedicated to Mount Gay rum! Especially for the occasion, our head barperson Morgane Poirot has concocted two original cocktails for you to enjoy, as well as a selection of snacks to accompany them.

Two cocktails, both priced at 10 euros, are offered à la carte during this special week, and are only available for this limited time.
First up is BridgeTown Tea, a perfect marriage of Mount Gay Rum XO, Indian black tea infused with garam masala and Macis Syrup. It’s embellished with a sprig of mint and a dash of bird pepper.
Then let’s take a look at Cheers Craft, an explosive mix of Mount Gay Rum Black Barrel, sugarcane juice, limes, egg whites and British stout. It’s accompanied with grated cashew nuts and dried lemon.
The various rums of the brand are also available by the glass. Be seduced by the Black Barrel, the XO, the 1703 or the Peak Smoke. Finding it tough to decide? Then opt for our tasting tray!
Time for a snack…
To accompany your Mount Gay rum tasting, our teams have developed a selection of tapas to snack on. Our chicken samosas are perfect for meat lovers, while the spicy fish fritters will delight piscivores. We also offer two vegetarian options; falafels with yoghurt sauce on a bed of salad and verrines of vegetable caviar, artichoke and poppy cheese.
