To make the pleasure last throughout the evening, we have put together a menu of small snacks that you can enjoy alone or with friends and indulge in as much as you wish. Sweet or savoury, they will satisfy your cravings and enrich your tasting experience with new flavours. On the savoury side, we have, for example, selected prestigious charcuteries such as Serrano ham and Iberian chorizo. Accompanied by wedges of Comté AOP and Parmiggiano Reggiano cheeses, you’ll find it all a treat that’s both tasty and satisfying. For a finishing touch, our sesame seed oil hummus adds a touch of the exotic.

Rum lovers say that their favourite nectar, with its caramel aromas and subtlety, goes well with sweet dishes. And, of course, it’s true that rum is an essential ingredient in the preparation of many desserts. That’s why we also offer, along with our finger food, our famous baba de Saint-Malo with Marie-Galante rum, evoking thoughts of the golden age of sail and the magnificent ships of the French East India Company. You’ll also want to try the Santa Teresa 1796, a superb single estate Venezuelan rum, accompanied by mini babas, fruit salad and dark chocolate. Bring your appetite and savour the flavours.
