Brunch at the Monte Cristo
Among the ingredients that make brunch at the Monte Cristo Hotel such a unique occasion is, first and foremost, its original setting: the 1802 bar, with its azulejo tiles, velvet armchairs and wood panelling. Then, the enticing aromas of hot drinks, carefully selected by specialists, tickle our noses. For tea, our teams trust Kodama, Paris’s first tea mixologist. As for coffee, its delicate aromas come from the selections of Terres de Café roaster. All that remains is to discover the many delicacies carefully prepared by our favourite artisans.
A whirlwind of flavours
We have chosen to focus on the essential brunch items, such as delicious pastries and selections of bread baked in our own oven. Top them with jams made by the last copper jam maker in France, based in the Morvan region, or with rich Corsican honey. Savoury-food lovers will not be disappointed, with a wonderful selection of matured cheeses to pair with remarkable Rostello ham. Finally, help yourself to fresh fruit, cakes and muesli... without forgetting the surprise cocktail prepared by Morgane, our head barmaid.
