The Grand Dictionary, the restaurant of the Monte Cristo hotel, reopens its doors with a new culinary vision embodied by our Chef Khelil Morin.
Originally from the 18th district of Paris, this vibrant neighborhood with multicultural influences, he crafts an authentic and spontaneous cuisine that tells a story with each plate. His philosophy? A menu that evolves with the seasons and arrivals, the result of a close collaboration with chosen producers, long-time partners. Sometimes, surprise guests appear with ephemeral creations offered by voice, according to the inspiration of the moment and treasures found at the market.
