Embark on a brunch at the Hotel Monte Cristo

The Hotel Monte Cristo is an invitation to travel in time and over distance. Celebrating the passion for adventure and exoticism of Alexandre Dumas and his famous hero Edmond Dantès, our hotel cultivates an experience-broadening lifestyle and a sense of being open to the world and its delights. And that includes enjoying an exceptional brunch...

Brunch at the Monte Cristo

Among the ingredients that make a brunch at the Hotel Monte Cristo a very special experience, firstly there is the original décor of the bar 1802, with its azulejo ceramic tiles, velvet-upholstered chairs and polished woodwork. Then the tantalizing scents of hot drinks carefully selected by specialists offer an irresistible temptation. For tea, our teams trust the first Parisian tea mixologist, Kodoma. When it comes to coffee, the delicate aromas arise from the selections of the roaster, Terres de Café. All that remains is for you to discover all the delicacies prepared with care by our favourite artisans.

A flurry of fine flavours

We have chosen to focus on brunch essentials such as tasty viennoiseries and various breads baked in our ovens. These can be spread with the delicious products of one of the few remaining dedicated artisan jam makers from the Morvan region of France, or perhaps a tasty Corsican honey. Those who prefer something savoury are not left out as we also offer a wonderful selection of mature cheeses paired with an astonishing Rostello ham. Finally, help yourself to fresh fruit, cakes and muesli ... not to mention the surprise cocktail prepared by Morgane, our head barperson.

From noon to 14:00 every Sunday, the bar 1802 invites you to forget everyday cares and embark on a voyage to a thousand flavours. A unique experience in which we are delighted to share with you our discoveries and our favourites...
