The Grand Dictionnaire is being rewritten in 2024
The restaurant of the Hotel Monte Cristo, Le Grand Dictionnaire, designed to evoke the literary world of the great author Alexandre Dumas, is opening a new section in 2024. Still in a bistronomic, gourmet and friendly spirit, you will be welcomed from January 9th by a new team who have a completely redesigned menu awaiting you...
A new chapter is being written for Le Grand Dictionnaire in 2024. A new chef will settle into the kitchens here on the Rue Pascal, in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Marshalling his team, concocting a new menu, and revealing his own signature dishes, he will appropriate both the concept and the space. To preserve the surprise, we don't want to tell you too much here. That said, the new team will retain that which comprises the essential DNA of Le Grand Dictionnaire: an aesthetic and generous cuisine that blends tradition and modernity and is based on fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients. As for the dining area, there you will find a timeless atmosphere and an appealing design aesthetic that is also resolutely warm and friendly.
