Relaxed Thursdays: a wander off the beaten track ...

Le Grand Dictionnaire, whose name is inspired by the culinary encyclopaedia written by Alexandre Dumas, has chosen to wander off the beaten track by not offering a set menu. Au contraire, our chef creates gourmet dishes as the inspiration strikes him, for you to enjoy alone or with fellow gourmets. To give you the ideal opportunity to discover these creations based around fresh seasonal produce, your Hotel Monte Cristo presents our Jeudis Déconfis (Chillout Thursdays). Every Thursday in summer, you can enjoy your dinner in the intimate and welcoming surroundings of your room, suite or by the swimming pool. Unwind and enjoy, alone or in company, amidst a convivial atmosphere.

For these casual and serene dinners in your room, suite or by the pool, we suggest you choose from 3 to 6 dishes to share. To give your private dinner an extra boost, we provide a bottle of wine, or wine and champagne as you wish, depending on the package you select. You can also opt for Box 1802, which includes a bottle of a rum-based cocktail. Discover fresh produce, locally sourced wherever possible, artfully crafted into dishes of culinary splendour by the creativity of our chef. Between great cuisine classics revisited, exotic inspirations and tasty variations, each bite is an adventure worthy of our dear Alexandre Dumas.
