A new menu

True to his principles, the chef of the Grand Dictionnaire offers his diners gourmet dishes that are versions of traditional recipes enhanced with influences from far away. Subtle and generous, they invite you to engage in world travel through the magic of taste alone. As a starter, smoked bonito goes beautifully with pear, fennel and yuzu, while the grated celery is accompanied by Greek yoghurt and curry. Moving on to the next course, you will surely be tempted by the chef’s surprising signature dish of duck breast with Cajun spices and blood orange caramel or the Basque pork in a sumac crust, with tamarind sauce and lime. To conclude in fine style, you have the difficult choice between the strawberries poached in rum, the homemade chocolate sorbet, or the Bar 1802 signature rum baba…
